Iron, Dirt, and Light

Iron cables penetrate dirt bricks, holding them afloat in the air, forming a grid structure of iron and dirt. Two light bulbs flashing alternately at high speed cause the structure's shade to move constantly, but the structure itself is completely static. The shadow movement and the floating structure mislead the eye - something is shaking underground, and we don't know what.
